A couple found passed out in a car in front of the Feasterville Petco has been charged with possession of heroin, authorities said.

A couple found passed out in a car at a Lower Southampton shopping center has been charged with possession of heroin, authorities said.
Lower Southampton Township Police located Brian Cerebe and Shauna Burkhardt in a car at the Bucks Crossing shopping center on East Street Road the afternoon of Nov. 30 after someone reported seeing them passed out. The pair was parked in front of the Petco.
Burkhardt, 35, and Brian Cerebe, 40, are both are from Philadelphia. Police said they found suspected heroin packets along with drug paraphernalia and other controlled substances.

Cerebe is listed as a wanted person with the issuing authority being from New Jersey, police said.
Burkhardt was processed and released. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cerebe was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set and he was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility due to the active warrant for his arrest.
