Southampton Police Seeking Barrel Thieves

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — Police in Lower Southampton could only speculate Tuesday on the plans a pair of thieves had after stealing a pair of wooden barrels.
The theft happened Tuesday at Moss Mill Brewing, on Pike Road in Feasterville.
Video shared by Lower Southampton Police shows what appear to be two men drive up to the business with the trunk of a van or SUV open. They hop out, load up two display barrels, then drive away.

In a tongue-in-cheek news release, police speculated the men may be planning to go over a waterfall or make their own moonshine.
Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Lower Southampton Township Police.
