Trash Truck Overturns In Lower Southampton Township
Lower Southampton Township fire crews said a man was trapped inside the truck after it overturned on Bristol Pike Thursday.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —An overturned trash truck left one person trapped on 1336 Bristol Pike Thursday evening, fire officials said.
The Lower Southampton Fire Department —along with the Feasterville Fire Company and Parkland Fire Company —was dispatched for the report of a trash truck that overturned with two-to-three people trapped inside.
Upon arrival, the Lower Southampton Township Fire Marshal Office and Lower Southampton Police Department found that there was just one person in the truck.

Fire officials said the man climbed out on his own. Tri-Hampton Rescue Squad transported the driver to the hospital to be checked out.
Chief 6 held the assignment to Rescue 6 to secure the power to the trash truck and put down the oil dry.
