A doctor and a nurse from Lower Bucks Hospital, where Wallace’s 2-year-old son was pronounced dead on Oct. 22, 2014, also testified Wednesday, the Inquirer said.
Toxicology tests following the toddler’s death found he had ingested three times the level of Oxycodone that would kill the average adult, authorities said.

However, the Philadelphia Inquirer said an informant told police Wallace admitted to him that he killed his son to get back at the boy’s mother, who he believed was cheating on him. According to multiple reports, Wallace admitted he had Oxycodone pills in his possession around the time of his son’s death.
