Trio Charged In Fatal Bucks County Shooting

A 26-year-old man was shot to death Sunday in Lower Bucks County and three people are now facing charges, police said.

Jonathan Vega, Charles Alexander and Ann Marie Rodriquez have been charged with criminal homicide in connection with the shooting that killed Tevin Hill, 26, of Philadelphia. According to police, the shooting happened along the 900 block of Bristol Pike in Bensalem.

The accused allegedly conspired to rob Hill, who was shot while he sat in his car. He was transported to the hospital but later died from his injuries.

In addition to charges of criminal homicide, all three are facing charges of criminal conspiracy and related offenses, Bensalem Township police said.

The accused remain at Bucks County Correctional Facility without bail.
