Troop 153 Eagle Scout Brandon Rudolph Completes Service Project at HGP

Brandon Rudolph chose his high school, Holy Ghost Preparatory School, as the beneficiary of his Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project.

Brandon Rudolph, of Troop 153 at Assumption BVM Church in Feasterville, recently earned the highest rank in scouting- that of Eagle Scout. Brandon chose his high school, Holy Ghost Preparatory School, as the beneficiary of his Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project.

Leading a team of 24 volunteers, Brandon completed a bullpen restoration at the school’s varsity baseball field. The project, which was completed in part with donations from Home Depot, included rebuilding the pitcher and catcher mounds, creating a 20’ chain-link backstop and painting spectator benches.

Along his trail to Eagle, Brandon has served his troop as Historian, Assistant Patrol Leader, Patrol Leader, Troop Guide, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, and Senior Patrol Leader. He served as Senior Patrol Leader at 2 summer camps with his troop. He has camped at Ockanickon and Resica Falls Scout Reservations. He also camped at Gettysburg and on overnight canoe trips on the Delaware River and Neshaminy Creek.

The son of Robert Rudolph and Kim Hayes-Rudolph of Feasterville, Brandon graduated summa cum laude from Holy Ghost Preparatory School. He was a member of National Honor Society, president of the National Art Honor Society and founder of the Graphic Novel Club. His art has been shown at many exhibitions and competitions. Brandon will attend Temple University’s Tyler School of Art in the fall.
