LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —A truck fire in a building on Monday afternoon is under investigation, fire officials said.

The Feasterville Fire Company responded around 4:30 p.m. Monday to a fire alarm on Philmont Avenue for a truck on fire inside a building.

The fire was quickly extinguished, fire officials said.

The Lower Southampton Fire Department No.1 and Trevose Fire Company Station assisted.

The Lower Southampton Fire Department Chief, Quint, and Rescue 6 responded, stating that employees on the scene quickly put the fire out.

Crews checked for extension into the building and made sure the fire was out.

The fire is being investigated by Bucks County Fire Marshal's Office and Lower Southampton Township.

Fire officials did not provide an exact time or location for the fire or name the company where the fire took place.
