Wanted Man Picked Up By Lower Southampton Cops After Traffic Stop
Joseph Berry, 47, was wanted by the Bucks County Sheriff's Department.
LOWER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — A 47-year-old man wanted by the Bucks County Sheriff's Department was picked up by Lower Southampton Police Wednesday and is facing additional charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, authorities said.
Joseph Berry of Levittown was arrested after the car he was riding in was pulled over for a traffic stop on Street Road. During the investigation, police said officers located a bag of assorted drug paraphernalia items under Berry's passenger seat.
Berry was transported to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office and will receive a summons for the possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver of the car will receive traffic citations.
