The National Weather Service has issued a special weather statement.

The National Weather Service has issued a special weather statement warning of icy conditions on Eastern Pennsylvania roadways Sunday night and into Monday morning.
The NWS warns the snow has created wet roadways Sunday. Temperatures are expected to drop to the 20s overnight.
Drivers should use caution, as the wet layer will likely turn to ice, causing slick driving conditions.
