Woman Charged With Motor Vehicle Theft In Lower Southampton
Lower Southampton Police also found the Montgomery County woman to be in possession of drugs as well.
LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —A Montgomery County woman has been charged with motor vehicle theft after Lower Southampton Township Police found her and a man in the car.
The Lower Southampton Township Police Department said that they stopped a reported stolen vehicle along the 1200 block of Bustleton Pike in Feasterville around 4:48 p.m. on March 26.
Police found Jessica A. Ciliberto, 44, of Ambler, in the stolen white, 2023 Audi A4 along with a male passenger, who was not charged and released.

Ciliberto was charged with receiving stolen property.
During the investigation, police also found Ciliberto in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia.

She was fingerprinted, photographed, and arraigned, police said. Bail was set and she was released pending a court date.
