Woman Turns Herself In To Lower Southampton PD On Theft Charges

​A woman has turned herself in to Lower Southampton police on charges stemming from an alleged $9,000 debit card fraud scheme, police said.

A New Hope woman has turned herself in to police on charges stemming from an alleged $9,000 debit card fraud scheme, Lower Southampton Township Police said.

Authorities allege Amanda Kaiser, 31, made thousands of dollars worth of unauthorized purchases on a victim's debit card.

The investigation into the alleged theft began in March by Lower Southampton police. That investigation led authorities to Kaiser.

An arrest warrant was issued last week and Kaiser turned herself into Lower Southampton police on May 31.

She arraigned and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility after being unable to post bail, which was set at $50,000.
