6 Busted For Marijuana Possession On Main Line
Tredyffrin police arrested six individuals for possession of marijuana.
TREDYFFRIN, PA -- Tredyffrin police arrested six individuals for possession of marijuana over the past two weeks.
The following was provided by the Tredyffrin Township Police Department:
2/26/16 at 1601 hours – 400 block of West Swedesford Road in Berwyn. Two 18-year-old men were charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia after they were contacted by police.

3/5/16 at 0119 hours – Upper Gulph Road in Wayne. Two men were charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia after police observed their vehicle in a parking after the business was closed.
3/5/16 at 1505 hours – Plank Avenue in Paoli. Police were dispatched to the report of a person sleeping in their vehicle in front of the store. Upon contact, officers smelled marijuana in the vehicle. Police then charged the suspect.

3/7/16 at 0851 hours – West Valley Road in Wayne. While conducting a traffic stop, officers detected the odor of marijuana in the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle – Stanley Lee Hampton, 29, of Wayne, PA was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia. During the transport to Tredyffrin Police Department, Hampton stated that his 3 year old child was left unattended at home. Radnor Police were advised, and subsequent investigation resulted in additional charges for the defendant by Radnor Twp in Delaware County.
