ALDI Hiring For Exton, Malvern Locations At June 7 Event

The existing ALDI store in Exton and the upcoming store in Malvern need workers, and ALDI is hosting a hiring event for jobs at those stores on June 7.

The hiring event will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 7 at the Coatesville ALDI, 154 Airport Road, Coatesville.

Employees are needed to fill shift manager and full-time store associate positions.

Below are details, including wages, requirements, and benefits, of the jobs below:

Salary/Wages:

• Shift Manager: $16.60-$16.95 per hour ($12.35-$12.70 per hour plus $4.25 per hour premium when performing manager duties);
• Full-Time Store Associate: $12.35-$12.70 per hour.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older to apply;
• High school diploma or GED preferred;
• Drug screening and background check;
• Must be available to work anytime between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., Monday – Sunday;
• Retail experience preferred;
• Ability to lift 45 pounds.
