Grand Opening of Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital’s Comprehensive Outpatient Neurorehabilitation Center a Unique Event

On Wednesday, May 8, Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital president Donna Phillips and members of the Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital Foundation hosted a grand opening event for the Comprehensive Outpatient Neurorehabilitation Center. Guests were presented with boarding passes and an appointment for a mock therapy session where they could experience the Neurorehabilitation Center from a patient’s perspective. Certified clinicians were on hand to demonstrate the leading edge technology used for treatment in the Comprehensive Outpatient Neurorehabilitation Center. In addition to demonstrations, Dick Vermeil, former NFL head coach, spoke of the treatment his grandson received as a patient at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital. Jack Vermeil and Jonathan Kane, both former patients, offered insight into the unique care that was provided to them in the Comprehensive Outpatient Neurorehabilitation Center.
