Are you tired of sitting through multiple lights at 352?
Let's do something about it!! The traffic signal pattern at the intersection of Rte 352 and King Road is in need of immediate change!

How many times have you experienced road rage at this intersection? Was it due to the car in the front of your lane waiting to turn on to King Road while a car in the oncoming traffic was trying to do the same? Everyone seems to be going nowhere fast at this intersection during rush hour. All of THOSE PEOPLE who are in small enough vehicles to drive around the cars trying to turn make it difficult on the rest of us who are simply waiting our turn. You know who you are - everyone is in so much of a hurry these days.
How many times were you ALMOST a victim of an accident at this intersection because of someone driving around someone trying to turn on to King Road? The resolution to this problem seems to be so simple... change the pattern of the lights so that the north and south traffic on 352 proceed at separate times - Just like the east and west traffic all ready does on King Road. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out!
Well, apparently one person notifying PennDOT of a dangerous intersection isn't enough to make that change so I am asking all of my fellow residents (and all those who travel this road) to take a few minutes to follow the link below and sign a petition to change the traffic signals at Rte 352 and King Road. Please help me to potentially decrease the rush hour traffic and more important, PLEASE help me make this a safer intersection to travel through! Thank you all in advance for taking the time to read this article. Be safe!
