Property sales in Malvern during October of 2014 decreased 40 percent from the same month the previous year.

The median price of the properties that did sell in October of 2014 decreased 58.5 percent over the same period in 2013, from $325,000 to $135,000. In October 2012, the median price was $119,000.
The average days on the market decreased by 47.2 percent from 53 to just 28 days between October 2013 and October 2014.
