Chesco Detective Stops Alleged Thieves In East Whiteland On Day Off: Report
The work never stops for Chester County Detective Lt. Michael McGinnis, as he caught three men allegedly stealing tools in East Whiteland.

Whether on or off duty, it seems Chester County Detective Lt. Michael McGinnis always has his eye out for criminals, as he helped catch three alleged thieves Monday.
Daily Local News reports McGinnis was off on Monday and stopped by a Home Depot location in East Whiteland when he saw employees chasing men out of the store.
Being a dutiful law enforcement officer, McGinnis followed the men out of the store and chased them in his vehicle, the outlet reports.

In just about two miles, McGinnis stopped the getaway vehicle, and East and West Whiteland officers arrested two men while one took on on foot. The third man was later arrested, the outlet reports.
The three men were attempting to steal power tools from Home Depot, according to Daily Local News.
