Chesco Mom Accused Of Injecting Teen Daughter With Heroin Sentenced To 4-10 Years
Jessica Lynn Riffey will spend the next four to 10 years behind bars after she injected her teenage daughter with heroin.

A Chester County mother who was charged for injecting her daughter and another teenager with heroin will spend the next four to 10 years in prison.
Jessica Lynn Riffey, 34, of Honey Brook, allegedly acquired the heroin along with her boyfriend, Jameson Burn, who has been charged with drug dealing in a separate complaint, the Chester County District Attorney's Office said.
West Caln Township police arrested Riffey after they were called to her home to check on her daughter and a 16-year-old boy, according to the DA.

The teens said they’d been supplied with and injected with heroin several times at Riffey’s house in September, the DA said.
Riffey would even tie a draw string of a sweatshirt around the teen’s arms to bring out the veins, according to officials.

Riffey pleaded guilty to delivery of heroin and child endangerment, among other charges, according to court documents.
