The sexual assaults began in the fall of 2014 at Malone’s residence on Atherton Drive, according to police.

Malone allegedly gave her alcohol multiple times after she turned 18, and one of the molestations occurred after she had become drunk.

After charges were formally filed against him, Malone fled to Ecuador, and agreed to return to the United States via a flight to Miami in January.

Malone’s formal arraignment is set for February 11.
