Downingtown Woman 'Most Wanted' After Retail Thefts

A 25-year-old Downingtown woman is "most wanted" in Montgomery County after a string of retail thefts, the Sheriff's Office said.

Rachel Dudley has a last known address of the 400 block of Farmhouse Road in Downingtown.

She is wanted on three active warrants on charges of retail thefts conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking, officials said.
