Driver, Victim ID'd In Willistown Fatal Hit-And-Run
The victim and driver been identified in the weekend's fatal hit and run in Willistown Township. The driver's name has not been released.

WILLISTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA – The driver and victim involve din the fatal pedestrian hit-and-run in Willistown have been identified, according to a new report.
Willistown Police said the victim is Rubenia Lemus Cedilla, 28, of Upper Darby.
Police have identified the driver, who called police about the incident Sunday night, but have yet to release their identity.

Police in Willistown Township said they also found the vehicle involved in a fatal pedestrian hit-and-run. It has been impounded while authorities wait for a search warrant, police said.
Police said Monday morning that they located the vehicle involved in the incident that occurred Saturday night.

Cedilla was hit at about 10:45 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29 on eastbound West Chester Pike east of Delchester Road.
Police said after striking Cedilla, the vehicle fled eastbound on West Chester Pike into Newtown Square.
Cedilla was crossing the street when she was hit after she just finished a shift at her job, police said.
Police are continuing to investigate the crash, but anyone with more information on the fatal incident is asked to contact police at (610) 647-1440.
