'Felony Lane Gang' Members Busted At Main Line Bank: Cops

PAOLI, PA – Three members of the infamous "Felony Lane Gang" were busted by Tredyffrin Township Police recently.

According to police, two men and a woman, all of Florida, were arrested on April 9 after police investigated suspicious activity at the Bank of America in Paoli.

Police said officers noticed suspicious activity in the far lane of the bank’s drive-thru, which is commonly called the "felony lane" as it is used by thieves for fraudulent transactions after a victim’s belongings were stolen from their cars.

Subsequently, Rachel Rouijel, 24, of Lakeworth, FL; Domineke Miller, 25, of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Terrance Brooks, 25 of Fort Lauderdale, FL were arrested.

Rouijel was charged with felony forgery, felony unauthorized use of a credit card, bad checks, identity theft, and receiving stolen property, according to court documents.

Miller and Brooks were charged with conspiracy to commit those same crimes, court records show.

The Felony Lane Gang is a Florida-based gang that will steal various items typically used by women, such as purses and handbags. Then female members of the gang will pose as those victims at bank drive-thrus to steal funds from victims' accounts.

The gang uses the outside most lanes of bank drive-thrus so as not to be identified. That lane has since been called the "felony lane" by law enforcement agencies.

None of the three were able to post bail, which was set at $30,000 for Rouijel and $10,000 for Brooks and Miller, court documents show.

All three are slated to appear for preliminary hearings on April 13.
