This week, we look at Officer Patrick Dougherty and his biography, according to Malvern.org

Officer Dougherty is a graduate of Penncrest High School class of 2001. Pat worked in his family’s construction business and attended the Delaware County Police Academy graduating in December, 2004. Pat was previously employed by the Lincoln University and Clifton Heights Police Departments. Pat began full-time service with the Malvern Police in March, 2008. Officer Dougherty attended the Chester County Detective school sponsored by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He has been a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician for ten years and still volunteers. Pat enjoys hiking, camping and target shooting. Pat and his wife Jen were wed in May, 2009.
