Main Line Teacher Salaries: How Does Great Valley SD Compare?

MALVERN, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Education recently updated its database to include teacher salary data for the 2016-17 school year. Several Main Line-area school districts are among the highest-paying in the region, according to the data.

So what were Great Valley School District's figures?

According to PDE data, the average teacher in the district has worked there for 16 years and earned a $85,215.93 salary. That gives the district Pennsylvania's 23rd highest average teacher salary.
