Malvern Man Facing Felony Burglary Charges: Police
The 28-year-old Malvern man is facing felony charges stemming from an alleged burglary incident in Berwyn earlier this month, police said.

MALVERN, PA – A Malvern man is facing felony charges stemming from a burglary incident in Tredyffrin Township.
Yousef Fakhoury, 28, of Malvern, has been charged with felony burglary, felony criminal trespassing, felony criminal mischief, simple assault, terroristic threats, attempted theft by unlawful taking, harassment, and prowling at night, court records show.
Fakhoury was arrested on March 16 by Tredyffrin Township Police after officers were called to a home for a report of a burglary in process.

Police said they responded to a home on the 100 block of Daylesford Boulevard in the Berwyn section of Tredyffrin Township.
Upon arrival, police found a man, later identified as Fakhoury, a male standing in the home and took him into custody.

Fakhoury was released from custody on March 16 after posting $50,000 bail through a bail bondsman, according to court records.
He is slated to appear for a preliminary hearing on April 6, court records show.
