Malvern Man Killed In Weekend Crash, Report Says

A 59-year-old Malvern man and a 25-year-old Berks County man died in a crash in Warwick Township the evening of Saturday, June 23.

MALVERN, PA – A Malvern man and a Berks County man have been identified as the victims of a fatal weekend crash in Chester County, according to WFMZ News in Allentown.

According to the outlet, Michael T. Kelly, 59, of Malvern and Sean Loftus, 25, of Amity Township, Berks County, died in the Saturday, June 23 crash.

The crash occurred on Bulltown Road in Warwick Township at around 10 p.m. on Saturday night, state police said.

The 59-year-old driver and the 25-year-old passenger came over a hill in the northbound lanes of the road and went airborne at about 10 p.m. Saturday.

Their vehicle skidded when it landed, hit two uprooted trees, and flipped onto its roof before hitting a third tree and flipping back over again.

Police said neither the driver nor the passenger were wearing seatbelts.
