Malvern Man Indicted, Was Found With Meth After Fatal NJ Crash: Reports

A Malvern man has been indicted in a fatal NJ crash after crystal meth was found on his person.

Malvern, PA -- A Malvern man has been indicted on charges of second-degree death by auto in connection with a fatal crash in 2015 in New Jersey, according to reports.

James J. Chambers was driving on Ellis Street and Higgins Drive in Glassboro, NJ on the night of December 14, the report states.

Chambers reportedly crossed the centerline and struck the vehicle of 23-year-old Chelsea Sinigaglio, trapping her in the car, the Courier Post said.

She died a week later at Cooper University Hospital of related injuries, NJ.com reports.

Police found a clear plastic bag of crystal meth on Chambers' person after the crash, the report states.
