Malvern Woman Drowns In Northeast Pennsylvania Lake
A 71-year-old Malvern woman drowned in Lake Wallenpaupack in Wayne County over the weekend, according to authorities.
MALVERN, PA – Authorities in Wayne County, Pennsylvania have identified a body found in Lake Wallenpaupack as a Malvern woman.
The Wayne County Coroner's Office identified the body as that of Anne Webster, 71, of Malvern.
Webster drowned at about 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 25 in along the lake's shore in Paupack Township.

She was rushed to a hospital where she died at 4:43 p.m.
Authorities said her drowning death has been ruled accidental.
