Man Exposes Himself To Woman At Chester County Library: Cops

A man exposed himself to a woman at the Chester County Library in Exton last week, and West Whiteland Township Police are asking for the public's help identifying the suspect.

Police said the incident occurred at about 6:55 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8 at the library.

According to police, a woman reported the suspect exposed himself to her and performed a lewd act while in the library.

The suspect, described as a white male with a beard who was wearing a black shirt and black hat at the time, was see on the library's security cameras as he was leaving, and police released a photo of the suspect grom that footage.
