Helping my clients make the right move 1 property at a time!

Peggy Julicher, Philadelphia Main Line, REALTOR

I’m Peggy Julicher—your Main Line guide to buying and selling with clarity, calm, and a plan. Since 1992, I’ve helped people make the right move for their lives, not just any move. As an independent REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, I combine deep local knowledge of Philadelphia’s western suburbs with modern tools and a teacher’s mindset. The strategies I train agents to use—smart search and alerts, actionable valuation insights, targeted marketing, and clear communication—are the same systems I put to work for my clients every day. Sellers count on me for pricing, positioning, timeline planning, light staging guidance, pro photography/video, agent outreach, offer strategy, and contract-to-close management. Buyers get needs analysis, neighborhood scouting, private showings, data-backed pricing opinions, offer structure, and inspection/repair strategy. Relocation support, annual equity reviews, and post-closing resources round out a service approach that stays with you well beyond settlement. You’ll always know what’s next, who’s doing what, and why it matters. What makes me different is the mix of seasoned judgment and tech-forward execution. I’m hyper-focused on strategy: clean visuals, compelling copy, and exposure that attracts the right buyers—paired with steady, candid guidance that keeps everyone moving together. I operate with professionalism, transparency, and a relationship-for-life mindset, grounded in Equal Housing principles and respect for every client’s goals. If you’re ready for a process that feels organized, informed, and refreshingly calm, I’m ready when you are.
