After providing a second dose of NARCAN, the victim regained a pulse and began to breathe.

EMS personnel from Paoli Fire Company and Malvern Fire Company arrived soon thereafter and took the victim to Paoli Memorial Hospital. The victim survived and is continuing to recover, police said.
