Malone, who is married, fled to the South American nation amid allegations that he raped and impregnated a teenage girl whom he had invited to live in his family home.
Malone was a pastor in Minnesota when he invited a 17-year-old girl to live with him, according to the West Whiteland Police Department. The two initially had met when the girl was 12 at the pastor’s old church in Mesa, Arizona.

In June 2014 the girl moved to Minnesota, and Malone attempted inappropriate contact, police said.
They moved to Chester County the next month, and Malone registered the girl in a local high school.
The sexual assaults began in the fall of 2014 at Malone’s residence on Atherton Drive, according to police.
Malone allegedly gave her alcohol multiple times after she turned 18, and one of the molestations occurred after she had become drunk.
