Relay for Life of Great Valley Raises Over $65,000

Relay for Life of Great Valley, Malvern PA Raises over $65,000

Relay for Life Great Valley was held this past Saturday raising over $65,000 by 32 Teams from the Great Valley Community. The Top Fundraising Team, Cancer Cancellation Crew, the Great Valley HS Freshman Boys, raised over $6,200 and was presented a special award for raising over $30,000 in the last five years.
Relay Organizers, Allison Utecht and Amanda Childs presented Scott Allison,Tredyffrin/Easttown School District Teacher and Great Valley High School Alum with a fundraising achievement award for raising over $3000 with fellow teachers during a NO SHAVE November campaign at TE.

Other highlights included a moving speech by cancer survivor, Laura Esposto, the Luminaria Lighting Ceremony and music, games and fundraising activities held throughout the day.
