Route 202 Nighttime Closures In East, West Whiteland Begin Wednesday: PennDOT
The closures were planned to start Thursday, but predicted weather led PennDOT to shift the work schedule.

PennDOT said overnight lane closures on U.S. Route 202 in East Whiteland and West Whiteland townships have been moved to an earlier time due to predicted weather.
According to PennDOT, Route 202 north will have lane closures from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Wednesday April 5 and Thursday, April 6.
The closures will be between Boot Road and U.S. 30 interchanges, PennDOT said.

Crews will be working on rehabilitation of two U.S. 202 bridges over Amtrak rail lines, part of the $26.4 million project to complete the final phase of the U.S. 202 Section 300 improvement project, according to PennDOT.
Drivers should allow extra time when traveling through the construction area as slowdowns may occur. Drivers may also want to consider alternate routes.
