Saint Patrick School Offers STEM Program

The Junior High School Students at Saint Patrick School are becoming 21st century learners through the new STEM Program.

The Saint Patrick School STEM Program offers problem solving activities that involve science, engineering/construction, and math for students entering 6th, 7th and 8th grade. The students work in teams to complete tasks that involve the construction of bridges, balloon cars, rockets and many more real world challenges. They use math skills to complete and explain the challenges. The STEM science program shows the relationship and application of math, science and problem solving skills, while exposing kids to the exciting potential of careers in science and math.
