Seeing Eye Puppies Train For Excellence With East Whiteland Fire Company

These puppies are training to be among the best of the best.

Several puppies being trained as seeing eye dogs visited the East Whiteland Fire station recently and had the chance to experience an emergency environment.

Fire officials said that the Chester County Seeing Eye Puppy Club, which is training dogs to be of service and assistance to those in need, should be prepared in the case of a fire emergency.

East Whiteland Firefighters Lieutenant Dan Sheridan and Kyle O'Brien during the scenario. Career Captain Loren Nafziger, Firefighters John Porter and Ray Stackhouse also assisted, East Whiteland said.
