'Serious' Accident In Charlestown Leads To Road Closures
The incident occurred late Friday night.
EAST WHITELAND, PA -- A serious accident closed Phoenivxille Pike in Charlestown Township on Friday night.
East Whiteland Tactical Fire Police closed Phoenixville Pike so emergency responders could be in a safe work zone and to avoid any additional accidents, officials said.
A PennDOT salt truck arrived to salt the icy area and the road was opened at about 1:45 am. Saturday morning.
