Special Needs Home Fire In Chester County Was Arson: Report
A resident reportedly wanted to "burn the house down" after others wouldn't let her sleep.

WEST CHESTER, PA -- A fire at a group home for adults with special needs has been ruled an arson, according to a report.
Diana Grove, 53, a resident of the home on 100 Price Street has been arrested, the report states.
Officials responded to the scene on Monday evening at about 8:30 p.m., the Daily Local News reports. At the home, officials were informed that Grove said she set the fire because others were not allowing her to sleep.

The building was evacuated before firefighters arrived.
Grove stated that two other residents and a staff member were making fun of her. She reportedly went to the second-floor bathroom and lit a trash can on fire with a cigarette lighter.

Grove called 911 immediately after because she didn’t want to harm anyone, the report states, but just to “burn the house down.”
The total damage to the home was $25,000.
