Trinity Berwyn prepares for record breaking 5K Run/Walk this Saturday
Trinity Presbyterian Church of Berwyn invites all runners and walkers to the Fifth Annual 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, Nov. 1st, 2014 at 9AM.

Trinity Presbyterian Church in Berwyn, PA is holding its 5th Annual 5K Run/Walk and Pancake Breakfast on Saturday November 1st 2014 starting at 9 AM.
“I am extremely excited about this year’s 5K,” said Pastor Elisabeth Hartwell. “It’s shaping up to be our biggest event yet, with a record number of participants and sponsors. We are thrilled at this opportunity to get out into the community and to support some very worthwhile causes.”

The 5K race course starts at the church, winds through the village of Berwyn, and ends back at the church.
Registration fee per runner/walker is $25.00, $30.00 on race day. Online registration closes Friday October 31st at 11 AM, however participants can register Saturday morning beginning at 7:45 AM at the Church. Long sleeve wicking T-shirts are while supplies last (guaranteed to those who registered by 10/24). Pictures of the t-shirt can be seen here.

Becca from Barre 3 (Berwyn) will provide a pre-race warm up.
Following the race, there will be a Pancake Breakfast with Bacon (provide by 30 Main Restaurant) and Coffee (provided by Starbucks of Paoli). Ward & McClee will provide live music for your listening pleasure during the breakfast.
Creative Chiropractic Solutions will be providing free chair massages and posture screenings.
There will be an awards ceremony at 10:30 AM to recognize runners/walkers at various levels of participation. $100 will be awarded to the first place male and female winners, and commemorative medals for male and female age group winners in 8 categories.
The proceeds from the event go towards the church’s local and international mission programs, including:
