UPDATE: Clues Surface In West Whiteland Boy's Disappearance
The boy was last seen leaving his school for special needs students. New details have emerged.
WEST WHITELAND, PA -- New details have emerged in the case of a missing West Whiteland boy who vanished after leaving his school for students with special needs earlier in February.
John Thomas Parker, 14, first disappeared from the Devereux Leo Kanner Learning Center at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 9, police said.
An investigation determined that Parker got on a SEPTA train at the Exton Train Station at 3:30 p.m. on February 9, according to police.

The train was headed to Philadelphia.
Parker allegedly asked people at the Exton station how to get to Washington, D.C. as he boarded the train.

Parker’s family is from the Washington, D.C. area, but he has not been in contact them with them.
Parker, an African-American male, is 5’7” tall and weighs about 110 pounds. He also has tattoos on his left arm.
