Wayne Pharmaceutical Company Sponsors ADHD Scholarships

Shire will award $2,000 each to selected students with attention deficit disorder pursuing higher education.

Tredyffrin-based Shire US, a biopharmaceutical firm, recently announced a scholarship program for students diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Recipients will be given $2,000 toward college, vocational or technical school, plus one year of free coaching services.

  • enrolled or accepted to an accredited two- or four-year school or other eligible institution
  • a resident of the United States
  • diagnosed with ADHD and under the care of a licensed health provider
