MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA — Interstate 476 northbound is shut down after a tractor-trailer overturned Friday morning in Marple Township, officials said.
The crash happened around 6 a.m. in the area of Exit 5 to Lima/Springfield, according to 511PA.
A photo shared by the Broomall Fire Company shows a truck flipped onto its side.
I-476 North traffic is being diverted onto Route 1 until the highway can be cleared.
State Police are investigating the crash, according to the Broomall Fire Company.
