Early Dismissal For Marple Newtown School District Monday, Jan 8
The National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Advisory for eastern PA, which is effective from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Jan. 8.

The Marple Newtown School District is dismissing students and staff early Monday, Jan. 8 as wintry weather is expected to descend on the region Monday afternoon and evening, possibly making commutes troublesome.
Dismissals will begin at 11 a.m. with students in the high school, with Paxon Hollow Middle School students and elementary students to follow.
Evening Kindergarten, as well as all after school activities set for Monday night, have been canceled.
