Guns, Drug Paraphernalia Found During Marple Traffic Stop: Police
Police charged three people after they found a stolen gun and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop at an elementary school last week.
MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Marple Township took three people into custody on firearm, theft, and drug charges last week in an elementary school parking lot.
According to police, Jabbree Waiters, 28 of Philadelphia; Naim Rainey, 27, of Philadelphia; and Jillian Ingram, 24, of Boyertown, were arrested on Tuesday, June 21.
Police said at about 9:12 p.m. they stopped a vehicle in the parking lot of Russell Elementary School for various vehicle violations.

Rainey was driving the vehicle, and police said he had a firearm on his lap when police approached him.
Police took the firearm and detained Rainey.

Police then spoke with Ingram and learned she had an arrest warrant out of Montgomery County and detained her, as well.
Waiters was also in the vehicle and got out when police searched it.
During the search, officers found a black Springfield XD .40 caliber firearm that was found to be stolen from Virginia, ammunition of different calibers scattered throughout the vehicle, and a blue backpack containing drug paraphernalia, police said.
All three denied ownership of the stolen firearm, and neither Waiters nor Ingram had valid permits to carry a firearm.
Waiters is charged with receiving stolen property and carrying a firearm without a license, both felonies.
Ingram is charged with the came crimes in addition to possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both Ingram and Waiters were held in custody after failing to post 10 percent of $250,000 bail and 10 percent of $100,000 bail, respectively.
Rainey's charges are felony receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license, and two other summary traffic offenses. He was released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
