House Fire Battled In Marple Day After Christmas
The day after a Marple home was destroyed by a fire, crews battled another fire at a home on Warren Boulevard.
BROOMALL, PA – Fire crews in Marple Township battled another house fire over the holiday weekend.
The Broomall Fire Company and other first responders were called to a house fire on the 400 block of Warren Boulevard at about 10 p.m. on Monday.
Upon arrival, firefighters found a fire in a laundry/utility room in the rear of the property.

The fire was quickly knocked back and kept from spreading throughout the home, the fire company said.
No one was hut in the fire.

Also responding to the scene were Springfield Fire Company, Manoa Fire Company, Garrettford-Drexel Hill Fire Company, Brookline Volunteer Fire Company, Marple Township Police Department, and Marple Township Ambulance Corps.
The day before, on Christmas, a fire destroyed a home on Cedar Grove Road in Marple and displaced five people.
