Man Accused of Selling Crack at McDonalds Waives Hearing
Allen Trammell has remained jailed since his July 22 arrest, when police reportedly found 150 packets of crack cocaine on him.
The Philadelphia man accused of selling crack cocaine in the parking lot of a Main Line McDonalds waived his right to a preliminary hearing last week.
Allen Trammell, 29, on July 31 waived all charges against him. They include multiple felony charges of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver, Main Line Media News reported.
Trammell has remained jailed since his July 22 arrest. Radnor Township Police at the time found 150 packets of crack cocaine on him, which FOX 29 said he would sell for $10 each in the parking lot of the McDonalds on .West Lancaster Avenue in Wayne.
