Marple-Newtown 4th Of July Parade Kicks Off At 10 AM Tuesday

MARPLE-NEWTOWN, PA — Marple and Newtown residents and surrounding community members are invited to come out to celebrate the nation's birth and independence on Tuesday, July 4.
The annual July 4th Parade is set for 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Marchers will step off at St. Alban's Circle in Newtown Square.

Trucks and apparatus from the Broomall Fire Company, along with the Honor Guard, will lead the parade down West Chester Pike.
The Broomall Fire Company is serving as this year's Grand Marshal.

At St. Anastasia Church at about 10:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., the entire fire company will join the parade wearing full dress uniforms.
The parade will culminate with the company lining up on the front pad of the Broomall Fire House, located at West Chester Pike and Malin Road in Broomall, and saluting the American Flag at about 11:15 a.m. or 11:30 a.m.
