Marple Township to Purchase Shade Trees

The Marple Township Commissioners at their most recent meeting decided to purchase new trees to be planted in the township.

At the Aug. 11 meeting, the Commissioners voted to buy 17 shade trees, Delaware County News Network said. The trees will be planted in various township parks.

The cost of the trees will be covered by the Parks and Recreation Impact Fee, DCNN said.
