Newtown Square CEO Named Among Best For Women, Diversity In US
In another study, a Newtown Square-based company is being lauded. This time its for the CEO's treatment of its female and diverse workers.
NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA – A Newtown Square company that has received numerous commendations for how it treats its employees now has another reason to brag, as career monitoring website Comparably named its CEO one of the nation's best for women and diverse workers.
In two new studies from Comparably, SAP CEO William McDermott was listed as the 22nd best CEO for diversity and the 26th best for women among large companies in the nation.
To create the rankings, Comparably’s Leadership Awards examined ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com between May 23, 2017 and May 23, 2018.

There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required. Large companies are considered organizations with more than 500 employees; small/mid-size are businesses with less than 500 employees.
SAP has been lauded for its employee treatment numerous times.

In September 2017, GreatPlaceToWork.com ranked SAP the 21st best place for women to earn a living.
Forbes recently
ranked SAP the 19th best employer in the nation.
It was also named a best place to work by Glassdoor.com.
