Video footage, according to authorities, showed Davis running away when Williams shot her.
The DA's office said Williams stayed at the Wawa and told police she shot Davis with a .380 caliber firearm, then put the gun in her vehicle.
Williams did not say why she shot Davis.
Police found the gun in Davis's vehicle and a shell casing in the parking lot.
